 The VirtualFedTeam Quality Management professionals have over 10 years of Process Improvement experience. VirtualFedTeam’s knowledge and leadership in ISO 9001:2000 has guided companies through successful implementation and continued compliance with this prestigious and essential Quality Management system. Our team is currently providing services to public companies and is involved in the following rolls; Order Management processes, Lead Quality Manager and ISO Management Representative. Oversight of the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System and the entire Order Process gives our team a unique understanding of required government delivery processes. The Leadership of the VirtualFedTeam was integral in helping to grow IDP to $111 million Company by designing and implementing a Best-in-Class quality management system, enabling IDP to meet and exceed customer expectations. In the Quality Management role at a publicly traded company, our Team has led the effort to certification in March 2003. The certification has not only allowed the company to win multiple government contracts, but has resulted in it being awarded Lockheed Martin’s prestigious Star Supplier Award. “The award is given to Lockheed Martin suppliers in recognition of exemplary performance in providing goods or services that contribute to the success of the Lockheed Martin mission. Suppliers are evaluated in four categories: quality, delivery, affordability and management/administration.”
By utilizing our combined knowledge of production, accounting, compliance and operational capabilities, our team has been integral in strengthening the “Quality Culture” at the companies we serve. The VirtualFedTeam has also attended numerous leadership and management courses including Dale Carnegie Courses and have ISO 9001:2000 Internal Quality Auditor certifications.
