Jorge D. Fuster - Principal

Jorge brings over 30 years of entrepreneurial success to VirtualFedTeam’s executive leadership team.  Jorge attributes his success to his ability to create valued partnerships through trusted relationships in both the private and public sector.  Jorge began his career as a System Analyst at Advanced Technology and later as a Systems Engineer at Fujitsu Micro Computer Corporation, before he left to found his own business.  As the Co-Founder, President and CTO at International Data Products (IDP), a leading supplier of computer hardware to the Federal Government, he was instrumental in cultivating client relationships and delivered innovative products. Under his leadership, IDP grew to $111 million annual business.  In 1998, IDP was successfully acquired by a public company.  Jorge Fuster holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from The George Washington University.  Jorge brings an impressive record of business development and his accolades include the following:

D. Oscar Fuster - Principal

Oscar brings over 30 years of Operational and Financial management successes to VirtualFedTeam’s executive leadership team.  Prior to joining our team Oscar served as Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Alliances for Epok, Inc, an Identity and Access Management software company.  As a vice president and senior officer for iGov, an IT consulting firm, he developed the iGov Wireless Alliance, and managed the iSolution Wireless & Security practice - earning iGov the Security VAR of the Year award in 2005. As the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer for International Data Products Corporation, he oversaw all aspects of business including finance, manufacturing, customer support, business development, sales and human resources of the personal computer manufacturer that achieved Inc 500 status both in 1996 and 1997. After fourteen years of serving its federal and commercial customers, Oscar successfully orchestrated the sale of the company for $21.7 million in 1998. Oscar Fuster holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Science degree from the American University.  Oscar’s forward vision and “single minded to success approach” have contributed to the following business successes:
